Education Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Age Requirement

All students must be at least 16 years of age to enrol in any course, whether online or in-person. By purchasing or attending a course, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Online Education

  • All online education purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Access to online content is provided solely to the individual who made the purchase and must not be shared, resold, or transferred.

3. In-Person Education

  • All in-person class bookings are non-refundable.

  • You may transfer your booking to an alternative date with a minimum of 14 days’ notice, and one transfer is permitted per booking. This must be arranged directly with your educator.

  • For any courses which are a multiple day course, cancellations of one of the days with less than 14 days notice will result in forfeiture of the course. If the educator has a date available for the day cancelled within 6 weeks of the original class date, an additional fee can be paid (the educator's daily rate) to secure the new date. The new payment will be subject to the regular cancellation policy of 14 days. If a date is not available, you will need to sign up to a new course.

  • Transfers requested with fewer than 14 days’ notice cannot be accommodated.

4. Beginners In-Person Courses

  • All beginners-level in-person courses require the completion of assigned case studies.

  • Certificates of Completion will only be issued once all required case studies have been submitted and approved by the educator.

  • Failure to complete case studies may result in delayed certification, and no refunds will be issued on this basis.

5. General

  • By purchasing or attending any course, you agree to comply with all policies, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by the educator.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
