Where is your salon/studio based, or are you mobile?
I'm a mobile nail technician based in Staffordshire.
How long have you been in the nail industry? How did you start and why?
I became qualified 6 years ago. I wanted to take my DIY nail obsession beyond what it was, and turning it into a mobile business was the obvious way forward for me. I wanted to provide a professional service to the people who can’t make it to a salon.
What is your speciality?
Sculpted extentions and pedicures.
Who or what inspires you in your work?
Celina Ryden, MJay DeLaCruz and of course the pedicure queen Leila Monroy all inspire me to deliver the highest standards possible on a mobile basis.
What would be your biggest piece of advice for someone just starting in the nail industry?
"Choose a brand and learn their way, with their products. Don’t waste time and money “practising” with low quality products."
How long have you been using Light Elegance products? What led you to use the brand and why do you continue to use them?
I've used Light Elegance for around 5 years. After seeing it used by Celina Ryden I bought a few items to try and loved it. I knew it was the brand I could trust.
